Brayden Marsh wins Crawford County Spelling Bee

Van Buren students Brayden Marsh (right) from Parkview Elementary School and Kate Cheatham (left) from Rena Elementary School won first and second place at the Crawford County Spelling Bee on January 26. The two competed against students across the county for the top prizes. Sponsored by Generations Bank and VBSD, the competition was held at the Van Buren Fine Arts Center.

Brayden will represent Crawford County at the State Spelling Bee this March.
