VBHS Hall of Honor Issues Call for Nominations

The Board of Directors announces a call for nominations which will be considered for induction into the Van Buren High School (VBHS) Hall of Honor.
The VBHS Hall of Honor was formed in 2000. Inductees are selected by a 21-member board of directors which meets regularly and considers all active nominees during the spring of each year. Nominees remain active as long as they continue to receive votes by the board during the selection period each year.
Nominations can be made based on the following criteria:
•Outstanding service to the Van Buren School District
•Outstanding civic achievement
•Outstanding contributions
•Outstanding post-high school academic and/or professional career
To acquire a nomination form, please contact the Van Buren School District. Forms can be mailed, emailed, or arranged for pickup at the VBSD Administration Building located at 2221 East Pointer Trail in Van Buren.
The form is also available on the VBSD website.
The deadline to submit nominations for consideration this year is May 1, 2025.
