Twenty-seven Van Buren Band members make All-State; Arnold earns top spot

Congratulations to all 27 of our Van Buren High School Band members who made All-State Band! 

Senior Bassoon player Daxton Arnold earned the top spot at All-State, taking first band, first chair. 

Senior Bari Saxophone player Alejandro Sanchez secured spots in both the All-State Symphonic and the All-State Jazz Bands.

These talented musicians will represent VBSD at the Arkansas All-State Music Conference in Hot Springs this weekend.
