Saturday the 28th, King and Arvest volunteers prepared the soil, added compost, rearranged existing plants and pulled weeds in preparation for the school's new gardening project. 

King Elementary School will soon have a vegetable and herb garden that the children and the community will be able to help with by gardening and using compost that they learn how to create using appropriate leftover food and garden waste.
